Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix wins 10m platform bronze at World Cup

Britain’s Olympic medallist Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix claimed 10m platform bronze in the Diving World Cup Super Final in Mexico.

Spendolini-Sirieix, who won bronze alongside Lois Toulson in the synchronised 10m platform at the Paris Olympics, finished with a tally of 337.70 across five dives.

China’s Yuxi Chen (419.35) claimed gold with Hongchan Quan (414.40) taking silver.

There was another British medal in the men’s 3m synchronised as Olympic bronze medallists Anthony Harding and Jack Laugher won silver.

The British pair earned a combined score of 396.06 for their five dives to finish 34.17 points shy of Mexican duo Osmar Olvera Ibarra and Juan Manuel Celaya Hernandez.
