The A9 is closed in both directions at Ballinluig in Highland Perthshire following a four-vehicle crash.
The collision, involving a lorry and three other vehicles, happened at about 08:15.
Police, fire crews and an air ambulance are at the scene of the incident.
Diversions are currently in place.
