At least 28 dead after Ethiopia bus crash | World News


At least ‌28 people have died and several others were injured after a bus ‌plunged into a ravine ​in Ethiopia, state media reported.

The bus was ​travelling from Dessie to the capital, Addis Ababa, when ​the crash occurred in the northern Amhara region, ⁠broadcaster Amhara Media ​Corporation ⁠said.

“So far, 28 people have lost ‌their lives, while many others have sustained minor and ‌serious injuries,” it quoted police as saying.
