BBCA 75-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of an 82-year-old woman at a property in a Lincolnshire village.
Police said they were called to Elm Avenue in Cherry Willingham, near Lincoln, on Monday afternoon.
The woman’s death was currently being treated as suspicious, but police said they remained “open-minded” as to the circumstances as investigations continued.
Officers said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the death and the woman’s next of kin had been informed. The area remained cordoned off.
