Women’s EuroBasket: Great Britain beat Denmark in final group game to qualify

Great Britain have qualified for the 2025 Women’s EuroBasket after beating Denmark 75-58 in their final group game in Copenhagen.

Hannah Jump scored 20 points and Savannah Wilkinson added 13.

GB have secured their place for the tournament in June as one of the four best-ranked runners-up.

They guaranteed second spot in Group D on Thursday with a 93-42 win over Estonia and Denmark’s loss to group leaders Sweden.

GB will be joined by Sweden, France, Spain, Belgium, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Portugal, Lithuania and Switzerland, alongside co-hosts the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece and Italy.
