Nat Sciver-Brunt says she would like the opportunity to captain England on a full-time basis in the future.

The 32-year-old has stood in on 12 occasions previously and will be a candidate to replace Heather Knight if she relinquishes the role after the Ashes.

England head into the one-off Test against Australia on Thursday hoping to avoid a whitewash having already lost the Ashes series.
