A 47-year-old woman has been arrested and charged over the death of Graham Wright, whose remains were found at Loch Lomond last month.
She is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court later. Mr Wright’s family are being supported by specially trained officers.
David McColl, 50, has previously appeared in court charged with killing and dismembering Mr Wright before dumping his body parts in Glasgow and Loch Lomond.
Another man, John Roarty, 54, appeared in the same court accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice. Both men made no plea earlier this month.
Mr Wright, 38, was reported missing from the Gorbals area of Glasgow in August.
Police say extensive inquiries remain ongoing.
