Loose forward Will Gardiner is one of six players who will leave Hull FC following the conclusion of the 2025 season, the Super League side have confirmed.

The 24-year-old joined the club as a youngster, making his debut for his hometown side in 2022, and has gone on to make over 40 appearances in Super League.

He was loaned out to Championship club Featherstone this year but has since returned and started Hull’s 34-2 victory over Warrington on Saturday.

Zack Jebson, Jack Ashworth and Jack Charles are also set to leave the MKM Stadium following the conclusion of their deals at the end of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Hull confirmed Castleford-bound Jordan Lane and the retiring Jordan Rapana will depart the club.

The Black and Whites currently sit seventh in the Super League standings ahead of their crucial meeting with Catalans on Thursday, needing a win to keep their play-off hopes alive.
