Welsh athlete’s aim to be strongest woman ever

Welsh strongwoman Rebecca Roberts said it took years to realise her sporting potential.

The current reigning World champion from Bangor, Gwynedd, said she now sees her 6ft 4in (1.93m) height as a “superpower”.

“My long-term goal is to be regarded as the strongest woman that’s ever lived,” she said.

She added she was passionate about “putting Wales on the map”.
