A couple have been criticised by fellow villagers after pulling all the plants out of a newly erected community flowerbed outside their home.
Wind turbine company director Mike Hodgson and his partner Shirin Poostchi were caught on camera destroying the garden area in Gwaenysgor, Flintshire, as other residents sat on the structure in an attempt to stop them.
It comes amid an ongoing planning dispute between Mr Hodgson and the local community, after he moved into the village about 10 years ago.
Mr Hodgson did not respond to the BBC’s attempt to contact him but told Wales News Service: “It is not something we want to be dealing with.”
