Wales men and women will face the Barbarians in a double-header at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham in June.

The men’s match will kick off at 14:00 BST on Saturday, 27 June before the women’s game follows at 17:00.

There has been no official announcement as to whether the matches will have full international status, but they are expected to be uncapped.

It is considered an away game for Wales with the Principality Stadium hosting non-related rugby events over the summer.

Wales men last played the Barbarians in November 2023 in Cardiff when the hosts won 49-26 in an 11-try uncapped encounter.

It was a final farewell to Welsh legends Alun Wyn Jones and Justin Tipuric, who both played for the Barbarians, and full-back Leigh Halfpenny, who started for Wales.

Wales were coached by Warren Gatland against a Barbarians side led by Eddie Jones and Scott Robertson.
