Morocco hosts the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations from 5-26 July.

After finishing as runners-up at the previous edition in 2022, a tournament which they also hosted, the Atlas Lionesses are once more expected to challenge for the trophy.

Kawtar Bentaleb, a goalkeeper for top-flight club FUS Rabat, says staging the finals again will continue to boost the women’s game in the North African kingdom.
