US Open: What is the prize money?

The winner of the men’s and women’s singles at the US Open will each pocket £3.74m ($5m) in prize money from the 2025 tournament in New York.

The prize pot has been boosted by 39% since 2024, when Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka each received £2.84m ($3.6m) for winning at Flushing Meadows.

The US Open has the biggest total prize money on offer of any Grand Slam, with £67.3m ($90m) shared out between the men’s, women’s, doubles and wheelchair competitors.

The other Grand Slams in 2025 have awarded £53.5m in prize money at Wimbledon, £47m at the Australian Open, and £49m at the French Open.
