Northampton Town have signed Wales international Tyler Roberts on a season-long loan from Birmingham City.
The 25-year-old forward made 19 appearances for Blues as they were relegated to League One last season and has played twice for the club this season.
Roberts began his career at West Bromwich Albion, where he spent time on loan at Oxford United, Shrewsbury Town and Walsall, before moving to Leeds United in January 2018.
Roberts, who has 20 caps for Wales, played 108 games and scored nine goals for the Whites and was part of Marcelo Bielsa’s squad that won promotion to the Premier League in 2019-20.
After spending the 2022-23 season on loan at Queens Park Rangers, he joined Birmingham last summer.
He becomes the Cobblers’ 12th summer signing.
