Train station evacuated after reports of gas leak

Lanyon Place station in Belfast city centre has been evacuated after reports of a smell of gas.

Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that it has deployed crews to the scene.

A spokeswoman said they were deployed following reports of a smell of gas at the station.

She said the crews were using monitors to try to establish if there had been a gas leak but that results were still being analysed.
