Kirkwall Airport has been reopened after a threat was made to the terminal.
Police Scotland said they were probing the “threatening communication” to the Orkney hub on Saturday morning.
Flights were grounded while the incident was ongoing and emergency services were in attendance.
Police said there was “no evidence” the threat was credible.
