Third arrest made after boy, 13, killed in Oldbury stabbing

A third arrest has been made after a 13-year-old boy was stabbed to death at his home on Thursday.

The boy died after being attacked on Lovett Avenue, Oldbury, at about 16:00 BST.

A man in his 40s was arrested on Monday on suspicion of assisting an offender and remains in custody.

West Midlands Police continued to appeal for witnesses who were on Lovett Avenue and the surrounding roads from 15:30 onwards on Thursday.
