When you get security software, it works quietly in the background. So it’s pretty easy to forget about it, until it alerts you that it caught something. If you use or have used one in the past to keep your devices safe, we want to know what you think. Does it effectively catch threats without slowing down your computer? Or has it earned a spot as something you can’t live without?

CNET’s People’s Picks survey gives you a chance to share what you think about products and services you use daily. In October, we want to know which security software you rely on most to protect your devices. You can take our 2-minute survey to share your thoughts on its threat protection, ease of use, impact on device performance, value and overall satisfaction.
