Teenage biker killed in Aberdeenshire crash was ‘deeply loved’

A teenage biker who died in a crash in Aberdeenshire was “deeply loved”, relatives have said.

Kayden Thompson, 17, died after the accident on the B9031 Macduff to Fraserburgh road near Pennan at about 17:30 on Monday.

No other vehicles were involved.

In a statement, his family said: “We are devastated at the loss of our deeply loved son, brother, grandson and nephew Kayden.”

They added: “He will be missed by all who knew him, especially family. Kayden, also known as Kayda and K: forever 17 and forever Dawn and Alan’s little boy.”
