Suspected World War II bomb discovered

Army bomb disposal experts are examining a suspected World War II bomb in Coleraine.

Police were contacted after it was found in the Strand Road area of the town shortly after noon on Thursday.

Army Technical Officers were sent to the scene and are currently still there.

Residents have not been moved out, but the public has been asked to avoid the area.
