A man is in a critical condition after setting himself on fire outside the New York court where former US President Donald Trump’s criminal trial is taking place.
BBC reporter Nada Tawfik was at the scene and says she saw the young man throw some pamphlets in the air before setting himself on fire.
The man’s motive is unknown.
