Great Britain’s Charlotte Bankes was in dominant form as she claimed her second Snowboard Cross World Cup gold in two days in Beidahu, China.

Following her victory on Saturday, the 29-year-old went back-to-back with another superb display.

Having won both her quarter-final and semi-final, Bankes led out of the gate in the final and never gave up her position as he secured a 23rd World Cup win.

Australia’s Josie Baff finished second with Sina Siegenthaler of Switzerland in third.

Bankes has now made the podium in eight of her past 10 World Cup races, winning six of those.

The next World Cup event takes place at Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy on 14-15 February.
