Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar calls for a Scottish election

Scottish Labour Leader Anas Sarwar has called for an election, following the resignation of First Minister Humza Yousaf.

He thanked Mr Yousaf for his public service but he said the people of Scotland need “credible leadership and a functioning government”.

Mr Sarwar said that it should be up to the people of Scotland to decide who leads the government.
