The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) in Scotland is warning that extreme weather is having an increasing impact on our food production.

With more than two thirds of England in drought, Professor Derek Stewart (pictured) of the James Hutton Institute in Invergowrie tells us how we are adapting to avoid food shortages.
