Scientists at the Scottish Brain Clinic have been working to find a cure for the condition.

Prof Craig Ritchie tells Sally how testing for the build-up of amyloid protein in the brain can flag early indicators of the disease.

With a possible genetic link, Sally has to decide whether to take the test herself or not.
