Northern Ireland travel to Podgorica for the first leg on Friday, 23 February before the second leg at Windsor Park on Tuesday, 27 February.

Oxtoby’s side will be looking to retain their place in League B after finishing third in their group behind the Republic of Ireland and Hungary.
