Detectives in Glasgow are investigating the deaths of two men who were found seriously injured in Partick.

Officers were called to an address in Chancellor Street at about 16:40 on Sunday.

The men – aged 50 and 54 – were pronounced dead at the scene and their deaths are being treated as unexplained.

Post-mortem examinations are due to be carried out and police are calling for anyone with any information to come forward, external.

Det Ch Insp Jen McCulloch said their thoughts were with the families, who were being supported.

“We understand this will be concerning for the local community but please be assured we are working hard to establish the full circumstances of what has happened,” she said.

“Officers will remain in the area while our investigation continues and anyone with any concerns, or information, can approach them.”
