Mae Jay Coleman, sydd hefyd yn byw yn y pentref, yn dweud ei fod yn cael trafferth rhedeg ei fusnes oherwydd yr heriau cysylltedd.
“Mae o’n araf ofnadwy. Mae’r holl bentref yn colli cysylltiad – ac mae hi’n gallu bod yn amhosib gweithio yma bron,” meddai.
“O ddydd Iau tan ddydd Llun ‘da ni heb gysylltiad â’r we, a heb unrhyw ffordd o gysylltu â’r byd.”
Ychwanegodd fod y genhedlaeth hŷn yn y pentref yn aml yn “styc” o ganlyniad.
Mae Mr Coleman, sy’n berchen ar gwmni llety gwyliau ac asiantaeth dai, yn dweud ei fod wedi gorfod ad-dalu rhai cwsmeriaid oherwydd cwynion am ansawdd y cysylltiad â’r we yn y pentref.
Dywedodd ei bod hi “bron yn amhosib” cael gafael ar Voneus i drafod y broblem.
Mae Voneus wedi cael cais am ymateb gan BBC Cymru.
