Palestine Action wins High Court challenge against government ban

“One example of this mentioned in [Ammori’s] evidence is her fear that she will be ‘no-platformed’ – that she will not be invited to speak at events because organisers will be concerned that if someone such as her, previously very closely associated with Palestine Action, does speak that will give rise to an offence under [terrorism legislation],” the ruling said.
