Bridgend has hosted Ospreys in the past, including a festive win in the mud against Cardiff last season.
“We have always loved the crowd there,” said Booth.
“It’s been fantastic. You know you can use the atmosphere and the proximity of the fans to the pitch to your advantage. So hopefully a lot of people come to watch.”
Booth hopes his side can recover from a loss and repeat their heroics of April when a 27-21 bonus-point win over Stormers in Cape Town helped them reach the URC play-offs, the only Welsh team to do so.
“The Stormers are a big, physical team that play a slightly different game to the other South African teams,” said Booth.
“They play positive, have good athletes and will try to stretch you by keeping the game quick.
“It’s going to be a defensive challenge for us, which is similar to what we had out there (last season). The good thing is that we’ve experienced it and came away with a win in that type of game, so we’ll be looking to do that again.”
