Coventry City will return to the Premier League next season after they sealed promotion from the Championship with three games to spare. Their 25-year journey back to English Football’s top division hasn’t been without drama. At one point they were relegated to the fourth tier and came close to dropping out of the English Football League altogether. They went into administration in 2013 and also had to endure not one BUT two groundshares at Birmingham and Northampton.
