Meet the people who help put Match of the Day on air

With its iconic theme tune, long established time in the weekend TV schedule, and expert analysis, Match of the Day is the most famous football show in the world. Each week the team at the BBC broadcast not one, but two, episodes – bringing viewers all the latest talking points from the Premier League.

Putting on this live broadcast is no easy task, there’s so many different jobs that get the show to air. BBC Bitesize Careers went behind the scenes on a busy Sunday afternoon to meet just a small number of people involved and to find out more about how they got their jobs on the legendary show.
