Manchester United: Jayde Riviere set to sign new contract with WSL team

Manchester United defender Jayde Riviere is set to sign a new long-term contract at the club.

The Canada international joined United in 2023 and her current deal is due to expire this summer.

The 23-year-old has established herself as a regular at right-back under manager Marc Skinner and has made eight appearances in the Women’s Super League this season.

Riviere is one of several key players the club have been looking to tie down with contract extensions, having triggered the one-year option clause in England midfielder Grace Clinton’s contract last week.
