Man killed after car crashed into houses had ‘kindest heart’

The family of a man killed after the car he was a passenger in crashed into houses in Argyll and Bute said he had the “kindest heart”.

Jamie Green, 25, was travelling in a red BMW when it was involved in the incident on the B842 at Knocknaha, close to Campbeltown, at about 16:00 on Monday.

The 23-year-old driver was taken to hospital for treatment but Mr Green was pronounced dead at the scene.

A family statement, released by Police Scotland, said Mr Green had “lived his short life to the fullest”.
