Man injured by masonry falling from building

The incident occurred in Coventry Street, just off Leicester Square

A man has been injured in central London after he was reportedly hit by a piece of falling masonry.

The 57-year-old received treatment at the scene and has been taken to hospital by air ambulance. The severity of his injuries are not yet known.
