Man escapes from police custody at St John’s hospital in Livingston

A man escaped from police custody at a West Lothian hospital on Saturday.

Police Scotland said it was still trying to find 31-year-old John Park, who is from Livingston, after he evaded a police escort in St John’s hospital at about 16:10.

After he left the hospital, he was seen in the Gowanbank area.

He had been arrested by officers earlier in the day.
