Man charged with stab murder of teenage boy in Northampton

A 21-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 16-year-old boy who died of a stab wound.

Officers were called to Adnitt Road, in the Abington area of Northampton, at about 19:00 BST on Tuesday 7 July, where they found the victim, Khadeem Parris.

Fuad Mohamud, 21, of Thorn Hill Walk, Briar Hill, Northampton, is due to appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court later.

Two men, aged 19 and 56, and a 51-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender as part of the investigation, have been released on bail, pending further inquiries.

A post mortem examination found the teenager had “died as a result of a stab wound”.
