Man charged with harassment of education minister

A 62-year-old man has been charged with harassment against Education Minister Paul Givan, the Nolan Show has reported.

It follows a report to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) on 7 February of abusive emails.

The man is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on 14 March.

The charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
