A man has been charged with an offence relating to a video posted online.
Gwent Police said a 21-year-old man from Caerphilly county had been charged with sending communication threatening death or serious harm.
The force said this was in relation to a YouTube video in which threats were made towards attendees of Merthyr Tydfil College.
The man is due to appear before magistrates in Newport later, police said.
