Love Island’s Dr Alex George believes his ADHD and OCD diagnoses “completely changed” his life.

The former A&E medic, who grew up in Carmarthenshire but lives in London, wants improved waiting times for assessments after paying thousands of pounds for private ADHD and autism tests.

In his new book, he discussed getting diagnosed and said his symptoms had been there since childhood.

“I was being blamed for things in school, even though I wasn’t in attendance that day,” George said.
