Lorry driver dies following crash in County Tyrone

A man in his 40s has died following a crash involving a lorry in Beragh, County Tyrone.

Police said the single-vehicle collision in the Moylagh Road area was reported shortly after 07:50 GMT on Monday.

Emergency services attended the incident, but the driver of the lorry “was pronounced dead at the scene”.

Detectives investigating the circumstances of the crash have appealed for information.

The Moylagh Road, which was closed for a period of time following the collision, has reopened.
