A security alert which resulted in the train station in Londonderry being evacuated and closed for a time has now ended after police found nothing untoward following a search of a vehicle.
Police and Ammunition Technical Officers (ATO) examined the vehicle, which had been parked in the area, before declaring it safe.
The alert began at about 16:00 BST on Wednesdayand prompted a public safety operation which resulted in the Waterside train station being evacuated, while a number of roads, including the lower deck of the Craigavon Bridge, being closed as officers established cordons around the scene.
All roads have since reopened and train services have since resumed.
