Earlier this month, 32-year-old Bulgarian national Ivan Petrov, whose address was given as Newry Road, Armagh, appeared before Newry Magistrates’ Court.

He is charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, and one count of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
