Josh Kemeny: Northampton Saints flanker signs new contract

Northampton Saints flanker Josh Kemeny has signed a new contract at Franklin’s Gardens.

The 27-year-old joined Saints in 2024 from Super Rugby side Melbourne Rebels, scoring six tries in 21 appearances for the Prem club in his debut season.

“I feel like I am just getting started here at Saints,” Kemeny told the club website., external

“I feel like I have improved as a player since being here and I have been a part of some incredibly exciting fixtures.

“We have a clear goal to win silverware in Europe and in the Prem. The boys are ambitious; ambitious to win, and ambitious to raise a trophy again.”

The Australian has scored a try in both of his previous two games for Saints, one against Pretoria Bulls and another against Sale Sharks, but missed the start of the season due to injury.

Northampton are top of the Prem standings, leading second-placed Exeter by one point after eight games.
