Jack Walker: Harlequins hooker banned after two dangerous tackles

Harlequins hooker Jack Walker has been suspended for one match after admitting to two dangerous tackles in Saturday’s game at Exeter Chiefs.

Walker was not shown a yellow card for either offence, but was given two post-match Citing Commissioner Warnings and accepted the charge.

An independent committee has imposed a one-match ban, meaning Walker will miss the Prem Rugby Cup game against Newcastle Red Bulls on 14 November.

The 30-year-old has featured in four Prem games this season for Quins.
