Jack Bird: Leeds Rhinos bring in experienced centre on two-year deal

Leeds Rhinos have signed experienced Australian centre Jack Bird on a two-year deal.

The 30-year-old was released from his contract with NRL side Wests Tigers earlier this year.

Bird has also played for Cronulla Sharks, Brisbane Broncos and St George Illawarra Dragons in the Australian top tier as well as representing New South Wales in the State of Origin.

Bird, who can also play in the halves and back row, will be available for the Rhinos for the home game against Castleford on Sunday, 8 March.
