Inquiry launched into death of Perthshire machine operator

A fatal accident inquiry will be held into the death of a machine operator in Perthshire.

Andrew Sinclair, 61, who worked for DK Logs, died after his right arm was trapped in the moving parts of a wood processing machine.

The incident happened at Brae of Murthly, Pitilie Farm, Aberfeldy in September 2022.

A preliminary hearing is set for 6 June at Dundee Sheriff Court.
