Haverfordwest paddleboard deaths: Woman charged

A woman has been charged in connection with the death of four people following a paddleboard incident in 2021.

Nerys Bethan Lloyd, 39, from Aberavon, has been charged with four counts of gross negligence manslaughter and one offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act.

Paul O’Dwyer, Andrea Powell, Morgan Rogers and Nicola Wheatley died during an incident River Cleddau, Pembrokeshire on the Ron 30 October 2021.

Ms Lloyd will appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on 3 December.
