Hampton Court: Festival celebrates 25 years of The Lion King

A celebration garden has been created at Hampton Court Palace to commemorate 25 years of The Lion King musical in London’s West End.

Inspired by the stage production and the African landscapes where the story is set, this community garden at the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival offers a protected sanctuary for visitors to sit and reflect on their own journey through the ‘Circle of Life’.

The garden, designed by Juliet Sargeant, has also won three awards at the show, Best Show Garden, the RHS Environmental Innovation Award and a Silver Gilt Medal.
