Gavin and Stacey fans greeted Rob Brydon as he arrived at the set dressed as his character Uncle Bryn.
The cast and crew of the hit series are back in Barry Island with filming underway for the show’s much-anticipated Christmas finale.
The 2019 Christmas special, which ended with Nessa declaring her love for Smithy, was the UK’s most-watched scripted TV programme of the 2010s with 17.1 million viewers.
Brydon walked alongside co-star Joanna Page, whose character Stacey lives on the road in the show with her mother Gwen, played by Melanie Walter, who also made an appearance.
